Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:
400 grams plain flour
7 grams/1 satchet dried yeast
1 teaspoon salt
300 ml lukewarm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings of your choice

Method:
1. mix flour, yeast, salt, water at low speed using dough hook
2. add oil and mix at medium speed
3. shape into a ball with your hand and cover mixing bowl with a cling wrap
4. leave dough to rise for 60 minutes at room temperature
5. prepare your choice of toppings
6. preheat oven at 200*C
7. punch dough in the centre and knead for a few minutes
8. divide dough into two portion and roll out into a rectangular shape
9. use a fork to prick some hole on the dough
10. place dough on lightly grease baking tray
11. add your choice of topping
12. bake for about 15 mins
