Soy Milk / Soy Beancurd
Soy Milk
Ingredients:
- dried soy bean 200 gm
- water 2 liter
- sugar syrup or almond syrup
Procedure:
- soak dried soy bean overnight
- rinse and blend beans in a blender
- strain beans twice to remove residue
- simmer over low fire, stirring continuously
- serve warm or cold with sugar syrup

Soy Beancurd
Ingredients:
- soy milk 2 liter
- gelatine 4 tbsp
- sugar syrup or almond syrup
Procedure:
- prepare soy milk as above
- add gelatine to soy milk
- simmer over low fire, stirring continuously
- cool and set in refrigerator
- serve with sugar syrup
