If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Assam Mustard Green with Chicken Mid Wings

Ingredients:
  • Chicken Mid Wings / Thighs 1 kg
  • Fresh Mustard Green 1 kg
  • Red Chilli Padi 5-10 nod
  • Belachan 50 gm
  • Assam Paste 100 gm OR 3 to 5 pieces dried asam 
  • Water
Procedure:
  1. wash and cut fresh mustard green ... add to stew pot ...
  2. wash trim stem off red chilli padi ... add to stew pot ...
  3. toast and mash dried belachan ... add to stew pot ...
  4. boil water with assam paste in a pot ..
  5. add strain assam water into the stew pot ...
  6. Repeat till assam water cover mustard green ... bring to a boil ...
  7. wash chicken mid wings ... add to stew pot ...
  8. add more water ... keep chicken, mustard green  in water ...
  9. bring to a boil ... lower fire and simmer for two hours or more ...
  10. done when mustard green is soft and chicken is cook ...
  11. serve hot with cooked rice
Note:
  • Assam Paste also know as Tamarind Pastes
  • 3 to 5 pieces of Dried Asam may be use, just wash and add it to the water
